Description

I had delivered a brand new 5 Clip Hair Extension in perfect condition to the customer. However, in the return I received a completely damaged product. The hair extension has clear signs of misuse — the clips are bent/broken, the hair length has been unevenly cut, and the texture is damaged.

A 5 clip hair extension is not supposed to have such damage under normal handling. This clearly proves that the customer used the product for personal use and then returned it after damaging it. Due to this misuse, the product has become completely unsellable and defective, resulting in a direct financial loss to me. I request that this case be treated as customer-caused damage and my loss be compensated accordingly.
